NOW HIRING NURSES ... $4000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Neighbors Nursing Care Center, located in
Byron, Illinois, is a privately owned, 101 bed
skilled/intermediate nursing facility that is independently owned.
The supervisory staff provide the lead in length of employment
from 27 years down to 7 years. We enjoy excellent public health
survey records.
In addition to an excellent salary and package of employment
benefits, we provide many extras for our staff. Bonuses for
working safe, cookouts, picnics,
breakfasts, to name only a few. Our staff is like a family both to
each other and to our residents and their families. We lookout for
each other providing a helping hand to anyone in need space. We do

Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
Neighbors has openings for nurses who want to work directly with
older residents. We have flexible hours that can be arranged to
fit most schedules. We are offering a $4,000 sign on bonus. For a
nurse who would like to work with Alzheimer's residents, we have a
pm charge nurse position open. We are a facility that is well
known for our programs and care and we have had excellent

Want to become a Certified Nurse Aide ?
We provide training classes 3 to 4 times each year free to those
who begin work for us as a "nurse aide". Call us for additional
information.
Volunteers are always welcome.
Contact Kim Hughes, our Activity Director to find out more about
volunteering. She will help you determine an activity that you
would like to do. These can range from visiting 1:1 with residents
to assisting with decorating to watering plants to board games.
Coffee Clutch Volunteers are always welcome to enjoy the
activity provided each Thursday at 2:15pm. This award winning
group brings in treats (homemade) each week ranging from cakes to
fruit to snacks to cookies. They decide the week before and all
bring the same thing. This group has been
recognized as the Volunteer Group of the Year by the Illinois
Healthcare Association.
